Newsletter Submission Form
Did you know that our Newsletter's average open rate is 30-40%? (The average open rate for all industries recently analyzed by Mailchimp is 21.33%.)
Please note that your image must conform to the specs listed below. Cannot guarantee placement if guidelines are not followed.
Newsletter will be published twice a month on Thursdays. To be featured in the Chamber newsletter, please fill out the form below.
Submissions due by 3:00pm on the Tuesday just before the pub day..
There are 3 ways to take advantage of this member only option:
1) "What are you Offering" Video
Chamber Members give shout-out Promos on what their businesses are doing to stay productive right now or any specials they are offering.

2) Large Promo Advert Specifications:
For this option, only images will be used on the Chamber Newsletter. Any text/copy must be already in the Image - see example: Large Promo.
Submissions due 1 day prior to publishing.
Image Requirements:
• Must be a camera ready image (jpg, png)
• File size: 750px wide (max) X 450px height (max)
• Files not to spec cannot be included in the newsletter.
3) Small Advert Specifications. This Small Advert requirement is that the image be horizontal. The text/copy you provide will be placed on the side next to the image - see example: Small Advert with Text.
Max character count: 600
Submissions due 1 day prior to publishing.
Image Requirements:
• Must be a camera ready image (jpg, png)
• File size not to exceed: 380px wide (max) X 380px height (max)
• Files not to spec cannot be included in the newsletter.
Samples:
Large Promo
For Large Promo images, minimal text must be included inside the image so the viewer knows what your business is & a link to "more info" in the submission form. See below image for sample. Please follow specs provided in #2 option.
Small Advert with text
For Small Promo images, you provide the image, then the text separately in the area provided in the submission form. You should also include a link to your business or desired website. Please follow specs provided in #3 option.
